Jim Atchison – Broker/Owner
Jim Atchison has been a full time real estate agent since 1993 where he has been recognized in the top 2% of agents every year He's been in business. Not surprisingly, he received the "Diamond Award" for being the number one sales agent from the (Mississippi) Gulf Coast Board of Realtors® in 2002 and 2003.
Due to the superior performance of Jim and his staff, his office ranks in the top 5 throughout the State of Mississippi. Jim brings the coveted CRS, CRB and GRI designations to the table with his years of experience.
Jim's dedication to the industry is apparent as he teaches Math and Ethics for the Mississippi Association of Realtors® pre- and post licensing courses. He received the coveted "Instructor of the Year" award in 2001.
Originally from Orange County California, Jim spent four years in the United States Air Force as a Medical Technician in the Intensive Care Unit before getting into real estate. Jim and his wife, Rebecca, have 3 daughters and live in the City of Biloxi.
